Getting hired as a professional pilot involves more than performing well in an interview. A strong resume, a well-prepared application, and the ability to clearly communicate your experience and decision-making all play an important role in earning a Conditional Job Offer.
Our goal is simple: to help pilots present the strongest possible version of their experience throughout the entire hiring process.
Through years of experience supporting pilots through airline and corporate hiring processes, our team has developed a deep understanding of how interview panels evaluate candidates. Technical knowledge is expected, but hiring teams are also looking for judgment, professionalism, communication, leadership, and situational awareness.
Many pilots approach interviews with what we call a “checkride mindset,” providing short, technical answers that demonstrate knowledge but don’t fully showcase the depth of their experience. At the same time, we strongly believe successful candidates should never sound rehearsed or scripted.
Instead, we help pilots understand the strategy behind strong interview responses so they can develop answers that are clear, genuine, and sincere. Our focus is on helping pilots communicate their real experiences in a way that naturally demonstrates the qualities hiring teams are looking for.

We run criminal, driving, and employment history requirements, clarify what is reported, and ensure documentation aligns. This prevents surprises and increases confidence heading into your job search.
Interview Prep
$150 per hour
Pilot interviews are high-stakes, and thorough preparation is essential. During your one-on-one coaching sessions, we cover every major component of the interview process to ensure you walk in fully prepared and walk out with a CJO. Clients choose the number of sessions they need but most pilots complete their prep in 2–3 sessions.
