For more than 20 years, I’ve helped pilots navigate every step of their professional journey, from low-time pilots seeking their first job to seasoned aviators earning offers from legacy carriers in the United States. Before launching My Pilot Interview, I worked as a pilot recruiter and spent nearly two decades supporting pilots exclusively through word of mouth. That experience shaped my approach: discreet, honest, and focused on what actually moves hiring decisions, not what looks good on paper.
With a deep understanding of how interview panels evaluate candidates, I coach pilots to move beyond the “checkride style” of answering, short, technical responses that lack narrative, context, and proof of soft skills. Pilot interviews are high-stakes, and thorough preparation is essential. During your one-on-one coaching sessions, we cover every major component of the interview process to ensure you walk in fully prepared and walk out with a CJO. Clients choose the number of sessions they need but most pilots complete their prep in 2–3 sessions.
